Marrissa joined our team in October 2025 as a dental assistant. She assists Dr. Batterton during patient procedures, helps sterilize instruments, and prepares treatment rooms so each visit runs smoothly. She graduated from the Delaware Area Career Center in May 2026 with her Registered Dental Assisting certification.
For Marrissa, the best part of her job is getting to know patients and helping them feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. She wants every patient to feel safe and cared for in the dental chair. Outside the office, Marrissa enjoys painting, drawing, spending time with her family, taking nature walks, and hanging out with her Chihuahua at home.
