Dr. Batterton and our team strive to make your dental health as affordable as possible. Please review our financial and insurance information below and contact us at 740-363-9741 with any questions.

As with all medical practices, payment is due at the time of service. This includes the portion of the bill for treatment that the insurance company is not expected to pay. In the event that we need to send a bill to you, please pay it promptly or contact us if you need help. All accounts that are not paid in full within 60 days of treatment or insurance reimbursement will have a 1.6% monthly finance charge added.

We are not contracted or in-network with any dental insurance company. However, we are happy to work with most dental insurance plans that allow patients to see the dentist or provider of their choice.

Our team can research your individual dental insurance plan, review your benefits, and help you understand how your coverage may apply to your care. Because every plan is different, we encourage you to contact our office with any insurance questions. We’ll be happy to help you better understand your dental benefits before treatment.

We work with you and our 5/3 Bank partner to provide you with an 18-month interest-free credit card for your dental care. We believe this is an exceptional option to help afford your long-term dental care and would be happy to discuss the application process with you.

We also offer financing through Care Credit. CareCredit is different from a regular credit card, as you use it to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by medical insurance.

Other Patient Policies

Your time is important to us, and we will try to be as punctual as possible. We need your help to do this, so please try to arrive at your appointed time.
So that we may help others in need of urgent care, please give us two business days notice if you are unable to make your appointment. This is very important, so we do reserve the right to charge a $50.00 fee for appointments missed without this notice.
If you should have a dental emergency we take pride in taking care of you as soon as possible and we will make time to see you the same day of your call when you need us.
